Over the last 28 years, Knudson, LP has been instrumental in the creation of over 14 billion dollarsin new taxable value from over one billion dollars in signed developer agreements through the use of public private partnerships. That means for every dollar of tax money spent on developer reimbursement, the municipality or political jurisdiction received four dollars in new taxable property revenues. We believe public private partnerships are a “win-win” strategy for cities, counties, and private sector developers.

Chapter 380 & Chapter 381 Agreements
Chapters 380 and 381 of the Texas Local Government Code are short, broad statutes that give municipal and county governments the authority to provide a grant of funds to a developer or other entity completing development which supports: development.
Special District Creation
